What platforms do your trading robots work on?

 

Our all Saviour bots are built for MetaTrader 5 (MT5). They are fully compatible with MT5 and available on the official MQL5     Marketplace.

 

 Are these the full versions or basic versions? Currently, we are offering Basic Versions of all bots

(Saviour, Saviour Micro,Saviour X, and Saviour Sovereign).

   

  These basic versions already include core strategy logic and essential protection shields. Full advanced versions with  extra        features  will be released soon.

 

Which broker should I use?

 

We recommend using a reliable ECN or Raw Spread broker with low spreads on XAUUSD (Gold). Popular options include IC Markets, Pepperstone, or any good MT5 broker with tight gold spreads.

 

 

Which trading pairs do your bots work on?

All our Saviour bots are specially designed and optimized exclusively for XAUUSD (Gold). They are not designed for other pairs like EURUSD, GBPUSD etc. We focus deeply on Gold market behavior for best performance.

 

What is the minimum capital required?

  • Saviour Micro: $500 (Cent Account recommended)

  • Saviour: $ 1,000+

  • Saviour X: $2,000+

  • Saviour Sovereign: $5,000+ (Recommended)

Do your bots use Martingale?

 

No. Our main strategy is based on mixed technical indicators, price action, and smart market structure. Grid-scaling is only used as a technical entry management tool with strict risk controls — not as a traditional dangerous Martingale system.

 

 

 

 How safe are these bots?

 

All bots come with multiple protection layers including Spike Shield, News Shield, Kill Switch, and Profit Lock System. However, no trading robot can guarantee 100% profit. Trading always involves risk.

 

 

Can I use the bots on a VPS?

 

Yes, we highly recommend using a VPS (Virtual Private Server) for 24/5 uninterrupted operation. It is more stable and recommended for best performance.

 

 

 

Do you provide set files and instructions?

 

Yes. After purchase, you will receive:

  • Bot installation file (.ex5)

  • Recommended set files

  • Full setup guide + parameters explanation

 

 

Is there any free trial or demo?

 

Currently, we offer a short demo period on request for serious buyers. You can also backtest the bots yourself on MT5 strategy tester before buying.

 

 

 

What kind of results can I expect?

 

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Our bots are designed for consistent performance with controlled risk. Average monthly returns vary according to market conditions (typically 8% to 25% depending on the bot and risk settings).

 

 

How do I buy and install the bots?

 

All bots are available on MQL5 Marketplace. After purchase, you can directly install them from your MT5 terminal.

 

 

 

Do you offer refunds?

 

Due to the nature of trading software, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we provide full technical support after purchase.

 

 

 

Will you provide ongoing support?

 

Yes. We provide 30 days of free setup and technical support after purchase. You can contact us via email or WhatsApp.

 

 

 

Can I use multiple bots at the same time?

 

Yes, but we recommend starting with one bot first. You can run multiple bots on different charts or accounts.
